The rules, in plain language
- You earn 30% of the net amount (excluding VAT) of every payment made by a customer you referred, for twelve months from their first payment.
- Referrals are attributed with a 90-day cookie, and to the last affiliate link clicked before signup.
- Self-referrals, referrals of existing customers and referrals of companies already in an active sales conversation with us are not eligible.
- Paid advertising on Smart Role brand keywords is not permitted.
- Commissions are confirmed after the 30-day refund window and paid once your balance reaches €100.
- We may decline or end a partnership that misrepresents the product; you will always be paid for commissions already confirmed.

When and how am I paid?
Commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer, 30 days after the end of the month in which the payment was collected, once your balance reaches €100.
How long does the tracking last?
The referral cookie lasts 90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within that window, the referral is yours — even if they come back directly.
Is the commission recurring?
You earn 30% of every payment made by a referred customer during their first twelve months, including upgrades and added seats.
Are there restrictions on how I promote?
No. You can share your link on your site, your newsletter, your community or in a proposal. Paid search on our brand terms is the one thing we do not allow.
What do I get to work with?
