Roles
Smart Role has four roles. Members run scenarios and see their own results. Managers additionally see the results of their team. Admins manage members, scenarios and workspace settings. Owners additionally manage billing and can delete the workspace.
Workspaces and organizations
A workspace holds scenarios, members and results. An organization groups several workspaces — useful when departments need separate content but shared billing and SSO.
Inviting people
Invite by email from Settings → Members, or enable domain-based joining so anyone with a company email address can join a workspace automatically. Invitations expire after 14 days.
SSO
SAML 2.0 is available on the Enterprise plan. Provide your IdP metadata URL in Settings → Security, map the email and name attributes, and test with one account before enforcing SSO for everyone.
Once SSO is enforced, password login is disabled for your domain and provisioning can be automated with SCIM.
Removing someone
Removing a member revokes access immediately. Their past conversations and scores stay in the workspace by default, for continuity of team analytics; you can delete them permanently from the same screen if your policy requires it.
