Fatturazione per utente attivo, cambi di piano, fatture, IVA e disdetta.

How you are billed
Billing is per active user per month. An active user is anyone who ran at least one conversation during the billing period. Seats that were not used are not invoiced, so you never have to manage a licence pool.
Changing plan
Change plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period; annual contracts are refunded pro rata for unused months.
Invoices and VAT
Invoices are generated automatically and available in Settings → Billing → Invoices. Add your VAT number and billing address before the first invoice so they appear on it — invoices already issued cannot be modified.
Payment methods
Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card details. Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer against an annual invoice.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing screen. Your workspace stays accessible until the end of the paid period, after which it becomes read-only for 60 days so you can export your data, and is then deleted.
