A training path is an ordered list of scenarios with rules about who has to complete what, and in which order.
Create the path
Open Training paths → New path, give it a name and add scenarios in the order you want them played. Each step can require a minimum score before the next one unlocks.
Choose gating carefully
Gating every step creates a queue; gating nothing creates a buffet. A useful default is to gate the first two steps — the fundamentals — and leave the rest open so people can practise what they need.
Assign it
Paths can be assigned to an individual, a team or a role. New members who join a team inherit the paths assigned to it, which is what makes onboarding run without anyone remembering to set it up.
Track completion
The path dashboard shows, per person, which steps are done, which are in progress and the score on each. Export the whole thing from the API if your HR system needs it.
Keep it short
Six to ten scenarios is the range where completion stays high. Longer paths get abandoned around step four, and a path nobody finishes teaches nothing.
