Microphone not detected
Check that your browser has microphone permission for the site, that no other application is holding the device, and that the right input is selected in your operating system settings. Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox are all supported on desktop.
The persona talks over me
Increase the silence threshold in the scenario's voice settings. In noisy rooms, enable background-voice cancellation so nearby conversations are not treated as your turn to speak.
The conversation ended early
Personas end the conversation when the scenario's maximum duration is reached, or when the objective is met. Both are configurable in the scenario settings.
My score seems wrong
Open the criterion and read the quote attached to it. If the quote does not support the score, report it from the conversation screen — that feedback is used to improve evaluation. If the quote does support it, the criterion may need a clearer definition.
Nothing works
Clear the site data for the app domain, reload, and try a different browser. If the problem persists, contact support with the conversation ID from the URL — it lets us find the exact session in seconds.
