Create your workspace
Sign up with an email address or your Google, Microsoft or Zendesk account. The first workspace is created automatically and named after your organisation — you can rename it later in Settings → Workspace.
Run your first conversation
From the dashboard, open Scenarios and pick any template. Click Start, allow microphone access and start talking. The persona replies in real time; if you are in an open space, switch to text mode with the toggle at the top of the conversation.
Read your first score
When you end the conversation, Smart Role scores it against the scenario's scorecard. Each criterion shows a score, an explanation and the quote from your transcript that justifies it. Disagreeing with a score is useful information — it usually means the criterion needs rewording.
Invite your team
Open Settings → Members, add email addresses and pick a role. Members can run scenarios; managers can also see their team's results; admins can change billing and workspace settings.
What to do next
Duplicate the template you liked, replace the persona with a real situation from your business, and assign it to three people. You will have a usable baseline by the end of the week.
