Where Smart Role is different
Support teams rather than sales teams
Hyperbound is an AI sales coaching platform: buyer personas, cold calls, discovery and objections. Customer support is not one of its stated use cases; it is the only one for Smart Role.
Every support channel
Hyperbound's role-plays are spoken sales calls; we did not find chat or email simulations. Smart Role trains agents on calls, chat and email.
Inside your help desk
Hyperbound's integrations page lists CRMs, dialers and call recorders, not help desks. Smart Role works inside Zendesk and Intercom.
Only active users are billed
Hyperbound prices per user. Smart Role bills only active users, the agents who trained that month, with unlimited scenarios per user, and publishes its Core price.
